A baycom modem is indeed using the TCM3105 modem chip.
This IS was designed for speeds up to 1200 bps and could be over-
clocked to make 2400 bps.
Is is totally impossible to use this modem for 9600 bps as I guess
is the real question based on the subject "9600 Baycom".
The TCM3105 was designed to use an audio signal, sort of like
used with telex converters; AFSK.
4800 bps and 9600 bps uses a totally different modulation type FSK
and even more complicated with 9600 bps.
