The only time that you should be using FBB B2 is for WL2K.
Forwarding to other systems should be FBB B1 (see SID of your system).
If you really need to have B2F running, you can flag a specific
forwarding partner with NO B2F, but it is tricky as most JNOS
sysops do not even turn B2F on and just stay with B1F.
